What unlocks entry

The November 4 patch sets Ludra entry at item level 2,800 on Normal and 3,000 on Hard. A large CP figure does not replace that requirement. See our Ludra breakdown for the raid or character progression for other milestones.

Where the difference comes from

Players in the discussion link CP differences to Stigmas, skills, Arcana and other character progression systems. Their comparisons look beyond equipment ratings to the rest of a character’s progression. Class priorities are collected in the portal’s equipment and pets sections.
