AION 2 Global now offers separate 100%-success recipes for True Dragon and Star Dragon gear. Their purpose is to remove the failure chance from the crafting step. The previous recipes remain available alongside them.

What the guarantee changes

Guaranteed recipes produce bound gear and cannot trigger COMBO, or Great Success. They provide a predictable crafting result for personal use, while giving up a tradable output and the chance of a critical result.

Eligible materials

Eligible bound and unbound gear can serve as materials within the recipe’s specified categories. Having an eligible item does not remove the remaining material requirements: the selected recipe determines the full cost.

Choosing a route

Old recipes retain their failure risk, Great Success chance and potential for tradable output. New recipes guarantee crafting but produce bound gear without Great Success.

• Predictable crafting: the new 100%-success recipe.
• Trading or Great Success: the existing recipe, with its failure risk.
