A 20/10/5/5 loadout costs 100 Stigma points. OHBABYATRIPLEUWU suggests this target in his October 11 Global guide for DPS characters progressing toward 2,000 item level.

Levels 16–20 alone cost 40 points; reaching 15 costs 35. This plan spends 75/15/5/5 points across the four skills, concentrating investment in the first pick.

Which Stigma reaches 20 first depends on the build; the author suggests a party buff for supports. Leveling and other rewards count toward the budget, leaving only the shortfall to buy.
